Steph Farrarrarrarrr
(she/her)

The absolute worst. Also the main reason you’re on this site.

Steph has been a massage therapist since 2010.  She started her own biz, Leverage, in 2018 with a focus on myofascial bodywork and "deep tissue" for strength athletes and people living with chronic pain.  Steph is passionate about providing evidence based yet intuitive therapies with no lofty claims and ensuring that her clients feel at ease and validated.

SteF
(they / them)

…graduated from the Massage Therapy program at UNM Taos.  Other Steph mentored them *behind the scenes* for a few months and is super impressed with their thoughtful, curious approach to this work and dedication to growing as a practitioner. Stef came to Leverage with a focus on neuromuscular therapy and muscle energy technique, and we have been working together to hone their myofascial skills.

Aria
(she/they/he)

…is a licensed massage therapist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and has been practicing professionally since 2018. In past lives they studied Citizen Arts (writing + art & social practice) & Gender Studies at the New School and worked as a Full Spectrum Doula.

Their approach to bodywork is intuitive, patient, methodical & collaborative, utilizing a unique blend of approaches (myofascial release, deep tissue, cupping, IASTM) to promote mobility & reduce tension & pain. Additional training in somatics & trauma-informed care deeply guides their practice.

Aria loves working with fellow queer & trans people, folks on the pregnancy & postpartum journey, & anyone who wants to feel more at home in their bodies.
