I’m Stephanie Farrar, LMT, owner operator of THe Trash Castle.
Since 2010 I’ve been practicing my unique style of bodywork, part sports massage, part myofascial release, all focused on creating the best you that you can be. My focus is on decreasing pain and improving mobility to get you back in action as soon as we can. My favorite issues to tackle are migraines, neck pain and the needs of strength athletes, but anyone looking to feel and move better has a place on my table.

About Your Session:
Please come on time. Being Late may shorten your session.
If it's your first visit, We will provide a form in the waiting area. Call or text if you're lost or running behind. We'll review your goals, treatment, and any questions before you undress to your comfort level and get on the table under a sheet.
You can ask questions, give feedback, or relax. If anything is too intense, painful, or uncomfortable, please let me know.
After your session:
Make sure to relax after the session as you might feel light-headed when you stand up. People react differently to the treatment – some might feel energized, others tired.
Take it easy for the rest of the day. You might feel sore, especially if it's your first deep tissue massage, but this will improve in a few days.
The longer you've had an issue, the longer it takes to fix. Chronic problems may need frequent sessions initially, then occasional follow-ups. Bodywork is beneficial but not a quick fix. Changing habits that cause pain is important. I can recommend other experts for this.
